EasyUCR is an AI-assisted compliance tool that helps U.S. interstate motor carriers, brokers and freight forwarders understand, prepare and validate their Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) — quickly, accurately and without the usual paperwork headache.

What we do

You enter your USDOT number, and we look up your official carrier record, compute your exact UCR fee bracket, and prepare a complete filing sheet — the precise value for every field the official UCR.gov portal will ask you for. We prepare and validate everything, then hand it to you, so you enter it, pay the government fee and submit yourself on the official government site. You are always the filer.

EasyUCR is not a filing service. We never submit your filing or pay the government fee on your behalf, and we never act as your legal or tax advisor. You always remain the filer.
