About EasyUCR

EasyUCR is an AI-assisted compliance tool that helps U.S. interstate motor carriers, brokers and freight forwarders understand, prepare and validate their Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) — quickly, accurately and without the usual paperwork headache.

What we do

You enter your USDOT number, and our AI Compliance Officer pulls your official FMCSA carrier record, computes your exact UCR fee, opens the official UCR.gov portal, and pre-fills the registration form live while you watch. We prepare and validate everything, then stop before submission so you review and submit yourself on the official government site.

What we are not

EasyUCR is not a filing service. We never submit your filing or pay the government fee on your behalf, and we never act as your legal or tax advisor. You always remain the filer.
