Before a credit is used you confirm the carrier has authorised you to register for them — the same thing UCR.gov's “Registered By” screen asks you to certify.
The guided session walks you through the official portal screen by screen. You do every click, and the government fee is paid on UCR.gov.

Questions
How many credits does a carrier use?
One for a carrier with up to 5 power units, two for 6–20, three for 21–100. Carriers over 100 units are quoted separately.
If I reopen a carrier's session, does it cost another credit?
No. A carrier is charged once per registration year. Starting the same USDOT again for the same year takes you back to the session you already unlocked.
Who pays the government UCR fee?
It's paid on UCR.gov, never through us — by the carrier, or by you with their authority. Credits cover our fee only.
Can several people in my office share credits?
Credits live on one EasyUCR sign-in. Share that sign-in within your office for now; separate logins per dispatcher are on our list.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?
Yes — unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Email support@easyucr.com.
